Pursuant to our rental agreement and applicable state laws, the undersigned will sell the contents of an abandoned storage unit to the highest bidder in a sealed bid auction.
Interested parties are invited to submit a formal bid via email or text message. Bids must be received no later than 5:00 PM on May 8, 2026. The property will be awarded to the highest bidder on May 16th at 11:00 AM at 639 E Highway 193, Layton
The highest bidder will be determined and notified within 24 hours of the bidding deadline. The successful bidder will then have until May 16, 2026, to tender full payment and take possession of the property. The contents are sold "as-is, where-is."
